2026 Summer Softball

Last call for registration for ABSA Summer Softball at the 8U, 10U, 12U, and 14U levels.

Building on last year’s participation in the Twin Valley League (TVL), ABSA plans to field summer teams again this year and, where appropriate, enter town-only tournaments to provide additional game opportunities.

ABSA Softball has entered tournaments in the past and found them to be a great experience for the girls—both competitive and fun.

If your child is interested in participating, please be sure to register by April 30 so they can be considered during evaluations and roster formation. There is zero cost to register now as fee will be collected once team formation is complete.

Our plan:

Same roster for TVL and tournaments. The summer/tournament team will be one and the same for each age group.
TVL Season: Week of June 22 through July 27
Typical Game Nights by Age Group:
8U: Tuesday & Thursday
10U: Monday & Wednesday
12U: Tuesday & Thursday
14U: Monday & Wednesday

Age Group / Costs (estimated):

8U (DOB: 9/1/2016 - 8/31/2018) $150.00
10U (DOB: 9/1/2014 - 8/31/2016) $200.00
12U (DOB: 9/1/2012 - 8/31/2014) $200.00
14U (DOB: 9/1/2010 - 8/31/2012) $200.00
Tournaments: One tournament fee is included in registration cost. Additional cost may apply but coaches/team reps will share details once interest is confirmed.

What we need from you now:

Please register your player’s interest (age level, availability, and willingness to participate in tournaments). If more than enough interest per team, evaluations may be held for the team selection process. Team selection may also be dependent on player availability during the TVL Summer season.

Player Evaluations (if needed): May 3, from 4–6pm at Zeh and May 4^th 6-8pm at Trottier (player must plan to attend one evaluation).
