The ABSA is planning to hold an outdoor Picture Days for all individuals/teams. Regardless of if you plan on ordering pictures it would be appreciated if they are part of the team photo session, so please plan on attending your teams' assigned time slot.
2022 ABSA Picture Day:
Date: Saturday, April 30th and Saturday, May 7th (your team has been assigned to one of those dates)
Location: Mary Finn Elem, Southboro (4/30), Memorial Field 43 E. Main Street in Northborough (5/7)

Arrival - Please arrive at least 5-10 minutes before your scheduled photo time to check in, fill out forms if needed, and get any appropriate gear on. Your child's feet will show in team photos.
Online Pre-Orders - Before Picture Day use your organization's Pre-Order Access code SP2217, https://newenglandsportsphoto.simplephoto.com/ re-purchase products and streamline your child photo process and receive pre-order discount pricing. Code is valid until 11:59PM the night before your picture day.
-This is your best option. By using the Access Code provided and entering it on https://newenglandsportsphoto.simplephoto.com/ parents can browse our products and then pay for them ahead of time. They will receive a Picture Day Ticket via email attachment with all their information and child’s unique barcode that they must print and bring with their child to photo day. After checking in with our table person, their child (with ticket in hand) can go right to the photographer and hand them their ticket for their individual image.
On-Site Payment - EXACT Cash, Check, or Credit accepted. Credit card information is taken on site and processed off-site. Our staff will NOT have CASH CHANGE on site so please come with exact change if paying with cash. Please make sure that the information you wrote on the form is correct.
Orders - NO changes can be made to packages on the field. If you have any questions or issues regarding the package you ordered, please email: [email protected]. They will NOT be able to make changes on the field.
Picture day check in - Everyone (even online pre-orders) will need to have their paperwork in order before seeing the photographer for photos. Everyone must check in at the table prior to seeing the photographer. Please make sure the forms are handed in to the photographer and not just placed nearby. Once a form is turned into a photographer they will not be returning them. Ordering online and printing the picture day ticket will speed the check in and photo process. If parents do not print out the Picture Day Ticket, or forget it, they will need to check in at the table to with their email showing their order number and then fill out a specific form.
Props - Parents and players should plan ahead and bring their own equipment for props (bat, gloves, etc
Ordering After Picture Day - League Pre-Order Access codes expire on the day of Picture Day. Players' individual access codes will be mailed out 3-4 weeks after Picture Day. These codes can be entered into https://newenglandsportsphoto.simplephoto.com/ (just like the access code) and parents can order more products. Please note that orders after picture day will be at regular full pricing.
Multiple Children - Please DO NOT put multiple children’s orders on one order ticket. Each child MUST have their own separate order number and ticket. Please make sure the child’s name is entered on the online order form. Sibling photos MUST also have a separate order form.
EVERYONE who would like to be included in the team photo MUST fill out a form with name and contact information, even if you are not placing an order OR are not ordering your child’s individual photo. ALL team players, and coaches, who wish to be in the team photo will need to show up regardless of if they are ordering photos.
